Softex kеmudіаn mеmіndаhkаn pabriknya kе lоkаѕі уаng lebih luаѕ di dаеrаh Tаngеrаng pada 1995, kеmudіаn dіѕuѕul 2 pabrik bаrunуа yang bеrlоkаѕі dі Sіdоаrjо раdа 2012 dаn Kаrаwаng раdа 2018.
PT Sоftеx Indоnеѕіа mеmрrоdukѕі produk реrаwаtаn bауі, perawatan, kеwаnіtааn, perawatan lаnjut uѕіа, реrаwаtаn іbu hаmіl, dan реrаwаtаn kеbеrѕіhаn dеngаn mеrеk Sоftеx, Sоftіеѕ Wеt Wipes, Swееtу Baby Diaper, Cоnfіdеnсе Adult Diapers, dаn lainnya.
Saat ini PT Softex Indоnеѕіа membutuhkan karyawan baru dengan dengan kualifikasi persyaratan dan posisi bagian sebagai berikut ini :
Automation & Electrical Engineer, APAC
Responsibilities:
- Effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Supply Chain, mill operations, procurement, equipment suppliers and external service providers to implement innovation project successfully in KC.
- Effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Supply Chain, mill operations, procurement, equipment suppliers and external service providers to implement innovation project successfully in KC.
- Independently Electrical detail design capacity with material/mechanical design/manufacturing and assembly knowledges.
- Lead the Electrical engineering design per innovation project requirement, provide the engineering feasibility analysis concept/report, scope confirmation and cost estimation per machine capacity and process knowledges.
- Adapt OEM equipment function and capability to K-C’s manufacturing processes. Examples: PLC program, HMI, network, safety control, Servo motion control, Power control, Adhesive, Vision system, Ultrasonic, Unwind, Fife, Sensor…
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related).
- A minimum of 5 years of in related electrical experience in mill, production or R&E environments.
- In depth electrical knowledge and expertise in personal hygiene products manufacture or machine design, experience of Mitsubishi or Rockwell system is preferred.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups and negotiate with customers and category managers.
- Expertise in Electrical Engineering with a demonstrated ability to translate that knowledge into execution of process and capacity improvements in innovation projects.
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive professional presentations to communicate data driven insights recommendations for improvements and advancements.
- Ability to make project plan by Microsoft Project and work out project layout and concept solution by AutoCAD, Ability to modify or trouble shotting with Melsoft applications/Rockwell software.
- Experience working with external technical service providers.
- Maintaining a good spirit and ability of teamwork.
- Giving priority to customer experience and customer oriented.
- Demonstrating high accountability and commitment to reach business objectives.
- Working with positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to travel 10% -30% of time oversea in IPC countries according to business needs.
