Warehouse Admin Staff
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma III any major
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
- Have knowledge in warehouse activity & documentations
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Have good analytical skills, good interpersonal skills, detail, and target oriented.
- A good time player
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Industri Delta Silicon 8, Cikarang and in shifting (day and night)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Make accurate transaction in system for issue and incoming raw material and do transaction as per Lead Time 24 Hours
- Book in incoming materials into system
- Upload database Receiving raw material maintanance
- Update Raw Material Bin Movement in system
- Prepare re-export / sub-cont / RM return document
- Stocktake / Cycle count Adjustment
- Maintain DUMP & Stock take data (hard copy and in system)
