Polietilena yang diproduksi termasuk Polietilena Berdensitas Tinggi (HDPE) dan resin Polietilena Linier Berdensitas Rendah (LLDPE), yang dipasarkan di bawah merek TITANVEN. Pabrik produksi Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Cilegon, Indonesia. Anak perusahaannya termasuk Lotte Chemical Titan International Ltd, PT Titan Trading, Chemical Brothers Ltd, dan South Wealth Finance Ltd.

1. Maintenance Planning Sr. Engineer

Requirements

Min. D4 / Bachelor Degree (Civil Eng., Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Industrial Eng., Architectural Eng., or equivalent) required from reputable university with at least 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in managing maintenance working order (WO) in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical &
Chemical Industries
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
Have experience about the Project.

2. Maintenance Planning Sr. Technician

Requirements

Min. Diploma 3 in Civil Eng., Industrial Eng., Architectural Eng., or equivalent (High school graduate, college or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experiences can still be considered)
At least 3 – 7 years related industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power plant, Petrochemical and Chemical.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

3. Maintenance Planning Engineer – Fresh Graduate

Requirements

Min. D4 / Bachelor Degree (Civil Eng., Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Industrial Eng., Architectural Eng., or equivalent) required from reputable University.
Candidates with maximum 2 years experiences in Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries are welcome to apply

5. Static & Piping Sr. Engineer

Requirements

Min. D4 / Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable University.
Min. 5 – 10 years’ operation experience as Engineer in Oil & Gas, Power plant, Petrochemical & Chemical Industries
Excellent communication (Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills.
Background for environment of petrochemical plant.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

6. Technical Engineering Sr. Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Chemical engineering or equivalent) from a reputable University.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience related to Petrochemicals industries.
Good Computer Skill (Spread sheet, Process modelling, Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.
Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
Good integrity, initiatives and team work ability.
Having motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.

7. Process Control Sr. Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Chemical engineering or equivalent) from a reputable University.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience related to Petrochemicals industries.
Good Computer Skill (Spread sheet, Process modelling, Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.
Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
Good integrity, initiatives and team work ability.

8. Eqs Sr. Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Chemical engineering or equivalent) from a reputable University.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience related to Petrochemicals industries.
Good Computer Skill (Spread sheet, Process modelling, Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.

9. HSE Shift Foreman

Requirements

D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or K3 Engineering.
5+ years of work experience in a similar role at Petrochemical/chemical plant or refinery.
HSE practical experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certified Fire Fighting profesional class D, C,
Driving licence class B (SIM B)
Formal HSE training Qualification (firefighting, lifting, working at height, confined spaces, behavioral based safety, etc)
Good leadership capability

10. HSE – Sr. Chemical & Hazardous Material Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
5+ years of work experience in a similar role.
Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
Certified hazardous handling material
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experienced & Capable as HSE Trainer.

11. HSE – Sr. Plant Site Inspector

Requirements

3+ years of work experience as Plant Equipment Inspector at Petrochemical /chemical Industry or refinary
Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
D3 or A bachelor’s degree in Material and Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering.
A strong understanding of Code, Standard, engineering principles and practices, including design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to interpret technical data, identify potential issues, and make recommendations based on their findings.
Attention to detail and accuracy and precise in their work to identify and address potential issues.
Good communication skills and able to clearly explain their findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have valid certificate of ASNT NDT Level 2 ( UT / MT / PT / RI )
Have valid certificate of other Inspection related qualification is prefered.

12. HSE – Safety Site Superintendent

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Safety Engineering or major related to safety engineering.
At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinary, Petrochemical or Chemical industries.
A genuine interest in and understanding of environmental issues, relevant legislation, and renewable energy sources.
Excellent communication and influencing skills (Bahasa and English).
The ability to take the lead on projects.
The ability to inspire others.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Good organization and time management.
Commercial awareness: the ability to work within commercial constraints.
Willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon).

13. HSE – Sr. Process Safety Management Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical
Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
Certified the Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST)
Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
5+ years of work experience in a similar role.
Have experienced to do HAZOP or Re Hazop and Risk assessment plant process
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experienced & Capable as HSE Trainer

14. Monomer Shift Technician

Requirements

Min Diploma 2, in Chemical Analysis, Chemistry or equivalent.
At least 4 years capacity as a Monomer Lab.
Experience in Laboratory.
Checks equipment; Conducts and records calibrations & checks of various laboratory equipment as necessary
Strong personal & interpersonal skills.
Experience in petrochemical or refinery company.
Willing to work in shift and willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon).

15. Monomer Lab – Sr. Operator

Requirements

Min. SMK Chemical/D1/D3 degree (Chemical Analysis, Chemistry / equivalent) required from reputable University
At least 10 years capacity as a Monomer Lab.
Experience in Laboratory.
Knowledge of and experience with laboratory equipment including, but not limited to, Monomer tests, Gas chromatography (GC), Water analysis, and General analysis equipment and methods.
Experience in petrochemical or refinery company.

16. Polymer Shift Technician

Requirements

Min Diploma 2, in Chemical Analysis, Chemistry or equivalent.
At least 4 years capacity as a polymer Lab.
Experience in Laboratory.
Experience in petrochemical or polymer company.
Willing to work in shift and willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon).

17. Polymer Lab Sr. Operator

Requirements

Min. SMK Chemical/D1/D3 degree (Chemical Analysis, Chemistry / equivalent) required from reputable University.
At least 10 years capacity as a polymer Lab.
Experience in Laboratory.
Knowledge of and experience with laboratory equipment including, but not limited to, Monomer tests, Gas chromatography (GC), Water analysis, and General analysis equipment and methods.
Experience in petrochemical or polymer company.

18. General Affair Manager

Requirements

Min. Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferable from Law.
Minimum 10 years of experience in GA or Office Service with 5 years in leadership role.
Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill.
Have broad knowledge and experience in expat permit, company legal document permit, and renewal.
Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government agencies, especially BKPM, Customs, or Ministry of Trade.
Having good knowledge and experience in safety and security.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.

19. Legal Compliance Manager

Requirements

The candidate must have experience of having performed/managed compliance works (2 years plus) and must show understanding of the law, entrepreneurial skill and confidence in handling data.
Additionally, the candidate must possess:

20. Assistant Manager Finance

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related major.
Min. 5 years’ experience in related field.
Having working experience in loan approval division or relationship manager for multinational company division at a bank would be an advantage.
With experience in handling large-scale loan contract from company side also would be an advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree from any discipline with minimum 5 years of experiences in procurement in global multinational company, EPC background will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Procurement strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of petrochemical plant, especially on MRO, Service and chemical procurement.
Good and effective communication skill.
Knowledge and Experience in SAP (ERP) and E- Procurement system.
CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is an advantage.
Advanced in Ms. Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Outlook, Logistics of importing goods.
Exhibits high business ethics and principle-based behavior.
Basic knowledge about the petrochemical industry and process.
