Jiwa Group merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang food and beverages di Indonesia yang didirikan oleh Billy Kurniawan pada bulan Juni 2017. Sebelumnya terdapat brand bisnis minuman Think Thai Tea dan Go Mango yang didirikan sebelum Janji Jiwa ini. Head Office Jiwa Group sendiri berlokasi di Kopi Janji Jiwa Jilid 2, Jl. Kedoya Raya No 2, Kedoya Utara, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.

Kopi Janji Jiwa adalah kedai kopi yang bergerak dibawah Jiwa Group yang diluncurkan pertama kali pada bulan Mei 2018 dengan jilid pertamanya bertempatkan di ITC Kuningan. Konsep yang dibawakan dari kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa adalah fresh-to-cup yang menyajikan pilihan kopi lokal Indonesia secara langsung dengan sistem grab and go. Terdapat 3 filosofi dalam penyajian kopinya yaitu, A cup from farmers dimana setiap gelas kopi berasal dari petani langsung, A cup to partners, dimana Jiwa Group membuka peluang bisnis bagi banyak orang, A cup for the people dimana menyediakan kopi untuk konsumen.

Hingga saat ini, Janji Jiwa telah mendapat 2 penghargaan yaitu, Rekor MURI karena berhasil memecahkan rekor MURI sebagai kopi lokal dengan "Pertumbuhan Kedai Kopi Tercepat Dalam Satu Tahun" yang diperoleh pada 23 Desember 2019. Penghargaan kedua adalah penghargaan “In Recognition of Outstanding Achievement in Building the Top Brand” yang diperoleh pada 19 Februari 2020 lalu.

Lowongan Kerja Jiwa Group (Kopi Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast)

1. District Manager

Qualification

Min. D1/D3 from any major
At least a year experience being a District Manager in F&B industry
Understand to analyze business in order to achieve sales target
Familiar with P&L Budgeting
Able to supervise more than ten stores with multiple brands
Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word, etc)
A Hardworker person is someone that we’ve been looking for

2. Sales Catering Manager

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or any related “elds are very welcome
Min. 4 years of experiences in Catering Management and Sales
Have a strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good at multitasking

3. Tax Supervisor

Qualification

A Bachelor Degree of Tax or Accounting
Experiences matter but a hardworker & persistent-person are very welcome
Interest in F&B or retail industry
Operate Accurate, e-SPT, E-BuPot, e-Faktur & Excel is a plus
Understand about PPh21, PPh23, PPh 4(2), PPN, PBB1
Detail-oriented person are someone that we’ve been looking for
Mastering at Tax Inspection
Familiar with SAP

4. Talent Management Supervisor

Qualification

Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology
At least a year experience as SPV Talent Management or 2 years experiences as Assessment Consultation
Mastering in utilizing psychological assessment tools and a strong grasp of psychogram development
Able to create and measure competencies
Creative in designing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and implementing assessment processes

5. Technician Staff

Qualification

SMK/D3 Mechanical Engineering or related “eld is a plus
At least a year experience as technician sta# or electricity
Interest in F&B or Retail industry
Familiar with HVAC, Electricity, Plumbing and Kitchen Equipment

6. Legal Corporate Staff

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Law is a must
At least 2 years of experiences in Corporate Legal (Experienced in F&B Industry is a plus)
Fresh graduate also welcome to apply
Awesome at administration and management skills
Good at written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to provide well-informed legal opinions based on a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations

7. SAP Functional Support

Qualification

At least a year experience as a SAP Consultant
Mastering in SAP con”guration
Strong grasp of analytical and logical system concepts
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills is a plus
Familiar with SAP’s structure, database and architecture
Understand about business processses and requirements
Love to work with others
Pro”cient in SAP MM / SAP FICO / SAP ABAP

8. Inventory Control Staff

Qualification

A Bachelor Degree of Accounting or any related “eld is a plus
At least a year experience in inventory control “eld
Interest in F&B or Retail industry
Operate Accurate, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP & Ms. Office (Excel) is a plus
Detail-Oriented person are someone that we’ve been looking for
Understand about Stock Opname & Inventory Movement is a plus
Have a C-Type License is a must

9. Trainer Staff

Qualification

Bachelor degree from any backround are very welcome
Experiences matter but a good communicator is someone that we’ve been looking for
Have a strong analytical, conceptual & delivery training skills (especially : soft skills)
Familiar with syllabus, curriculum & Learning Management System (LMS)

10. TikTok Content Creator

Qualification

Bachelor Degree from any major are very welcome
Have a good understanding of end-to-end content creation
Able and familiar to use editing application (ex : InShot or CapCut)
A creative person is someone that we’ve been looking for
A quick learner with an agile mindset are matches with this position

11. System Analyst Internship

Qualification

Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Information System or related Felds
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, etc) and ERP
Familiar with Business Process in general
Excellent communication skills
Love to collaborate with others
