PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia adalah perusahaan joint venture antara Volvo Group dengan Astra. PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia adalah Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek (ATPM) UD Trucks di Indonesia.
Perusahaan bertanggung jawab untuk mengimpor, assembly /manufacturing dan pelayanan purna jual produk UD Trucks di pasar Indonesia. Truk UD yang sebelumnya bernama Nissan Diesel telah bermitra dengan Astra sejak 1984.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategy by respective area
- Monitor, control and provide guidance for sales activity in the dealers within the sales authorization & budget
- Develop sales plan and forecast
- Regularly visit customer and identify & acquire prospect customers
- Coordinate with dealers on various business aspect i.e marketing activities, customer database, win-loss data analysis, managing inventory customer financial management, etc
- Drive and implement sales system and processes
- Coordinate and support network development and AM team to ensure proper MRC (Market Realese Criteria) implementation at dealer branches and sites
- Responsible and managing the sales discount support properly within the budget
Requirement
- Minimum bachelor degree from all major
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the truck industry or automotive
- Understand customers, build a strong relationship with customers and good negotiation skill
- Have strong business insight, analytical thinking and market development
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
